Meet Jennifer -
Founder of Peak Functional Health, Registered Nurse and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

I struggled with my own health issues for several years and did not receive answers. I was given options of medications and invasive surgical procedures to fix my symptoms. I was never provided options to look for the root cause to my symptoms and imbalances. I began studying alternative ways to heal and embarked on my own journey to heal myself...and my family. I utilize my nursing background, continued education and personal experience to help clients heal by finding the root cause to their chronic illness and symptoms - My passion is to help others achieve optimal health and wellness and live their lives to the fullest. 
I want to support and guide you along the way to get you feeling your best.
